Female condoms - Put a ring on it!

Saw this over on CNN.  It's the female condom, and you can get more information plus watch a video demonstrating how it's inserted here.

What I'm not quite sure about is, let's say you're getting ready to go out bar hopping with the girls, and hoping to get lucky later in the evening.  How comfortable would this thing be already inserted?  Because it's obvious from the video that it takes at least a good 30 seconds to a minute to get it properly inserted, and by that time the mood might be gone.  And that's not even considering the cost.
